To do this our team of consultants work on a wide range of areas including but not limited to Organizational Redesign, Resource Development, Program Development, Operational oversight and support, Project Management, Evaluation and Governance as well as Strategic Planning. We also offer anti-racism & anti-oppressive strategy development, trainings and tools.
